Stephanie Eckler, LMHC, CCATP

Stephanie Eckler is a licensed Mental Health Counselor who holds a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology. She is a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP) and a Certified Mindfulness-informed Clinician (CMC-1).  She has many years of experience using evidence based psychotherapy services such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), strength based approaches, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions.

Stephanie is experienced in treating anxiety, parenting stress, depression, loss and grief, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, teenage issues, obsessions/compulsions, and emotional stresses. She provides personalized therapy using proven methods for children, teens, and adults.  She has enjoyed working with a wide range of clients in clinical offices, day treatment facilities, as well as preschool, elementary and high schools.

She specializes in treating challenges that typically accompany the diagnosis of autism spectrum disorders for the individual as well as their family.  Stephanie helps children and teens with high functioning autism spectrum disorders who are experiencing anxiety, stress, and social challenges.  She provides therapy and coping strategies specific to parents of children with autism, related disabilities, and other special needs.
