Anxiety, Depression, trauma, fatigue and other mental health related struggles can be debilitating and often bring about a feeling of hopelessness. The truth however, is that with the right therapist, and with putting in the time, you absolutely can and deserve to heal. Understanding how your brain works and what your triggers are, recognizing your patterns and how past events affect you day to day life are some o f the things we will focus on. Learning to engage your body and breath to feel calm and centered is something we will work on as well for the times when it just all seems too much. There is much we can do together to help you get closer to your true and core self, heal and live your best life”.
