- $125 individual 50-minute session.
- $155 couples and family sessions 50-minute session.
- $280 couples intake session 90-minute session.
- $125 late cancellation/no show fee. Must cancel or change your appointment with at least 24-hour notice.
Insurance
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part.
Please contact your insurance provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services. The phone # to contact your insurance is typically on the back of your card.
We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- What is my payment responsibility to see an IN-NETWORK provider for an office or telehealth psychotherapy visit? (If asked, CPT Code is typically 90791 or 90837.) You do not have to provide a specific therapist’s name.
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician for services to be covered?

We will provide a super bill for any out of network companies that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement if your policy includes out of network benefits.
Payment
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards as forms of payment. HOWEVER, SOME FORM OF PAYMENT MUST BE KEPT ON FILE FOR THE APPOINTMENT TO BE SCHEDULED.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged the full rate of the session, $125.
