We accept a variety of insurance plans. Coverage depends on your specific provider and benefits.
We recommend contacting your insurance company directly to understand your coverage. The phone number is usually on the back of your card.

Do I have mental health benefits?
What is my cost for in-network therapy (office or telehealth)? (Common CPT codes: 90791, 90837)
Do I have a deductible? Has it been met?
Is there a limit on the number of sessions per year?
Do I need a referral or prior authorization?

If we are not in-network with your plan, you may still have out-of-network benefits. In this case you would pay for sessions upfront and we can provide a superbill for you to submit for possible reimbursement.
Payment
We accept zelle, check, and all major credit cards.
A valid payment method must be kept on file to schedule and hold appointments.
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations and missed appointments are charged at the full session rate ($125).
