Rebecca is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a passion for helping individuals overcome life’s challenges. She obtained her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University, where she honed her skills and knowledge in the field.
With a strong focus on LGBTQIA+ she specializes in providing a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and navigate through difficult experiences. Additionally, she is experienced in utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy techniques to assist individuals of all ages in overcoming anxiety, depression, and addiction.
Rebecca firmly believes in the power of self-care and prioritize its importance in maintaining overall well-being.
