Jodi Katz, MSW
Jodi works with children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, body image concerns, eating disorders, grief, parenting stress, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions, including divorce and infertility.
Her approach is both thoughtful and practical. Jodi integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with mindfulness and creative expression, often incorporating art and writing to help clients and couples process experiences that can be difficult to put into words.
In the therapy room, Jodi is warm, authentic, and genuinely engaging. She creates a space that is nonjudgmental and supportive, while also being honest and direct when it helps individuals and couples move forward. With a natural sense of humor and an empowering style, she helps clients better understand themselves, improve communication, build confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives and relationships.
