Anger Management
Anger Management
Anger is a normal emotion, but it can start to feel like a problem when it shows up more intensely or more often than you want it to.
You might find yourself reacting quickly, getting frustrated over small things, or feeling like your emotions escalate before you have a chance to slow them down. Sometimes it comes out in arguments, irritability, or shutting down afterward.
For others, it is less about outward reactions and more about feeling constantly on edge, overwhelmed, or easily triggered.
Therapy gives you a space to understand what is underneath those reactions and learn how to respond differently. We focus on recognizing patterns, building emotional awareness, and developing practical ways to manage intensity in the moment.
We work with individuals navigating irritability, frustration, stress, past experiences, and patterns that make it hard to regulate emotions or communicate effectively.
You might be noticing:
- You react quickly and regret it later
- Small things feel bigger than they should
- You feel constantly irritated or on edge
- Arguments escalate more than you want them to
- You shut down after conflict or avoid certain situations
- Stress or past experiences seem to affect your reactions
