- You have three options when booking your first appointment – you can book online through our client portal, fill out an appointment request online, or contact our intake team at (561) 314-5074.

- To book online, please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Choose the clinician(s) you are interested in working with by reviewing the clinicians’ profiles on the bottom of our main home page.
Step 2: Click on this link to access the portal – Client Portal
At the bottom of the screen choose – “New Client? Request Appointment”
Step 3: Follow the prompts to book a new appointment and request a “Diagnostic Evaluation 50 minutes.”
Step 4: Fill out the information requested. A method of payment is required to book an appointment. You will have the opportunity later to access the client portal and enter your insurance information.
Step 5: To find out what costs you can expect, visit our Rates & Insurance page and follow the steps outlined to contact your insurance company.
Step 6: Look out for an e-mail from the system either accepting or declining the appointment.
