Soul Ambition Counseling is seeking Florida-licensed therapists to join our team. We offer hybrid and fully remote positions across our Boynton Beach, Boca Raton, and Lake Worth locations.
We handle:
- Insurance credentialing
- Referrals and intake coordination
- Billing and payment processing
- Marketing support
- Furnished office space (if in person)
- HIPAA-compliant EHR and telehealth platform
Your role is to focus on clinical work and documentation.
This is a contracted position with the opportunity to build a full caseload (approximately 25–30 clients) within 6–8 weeks.

Type: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $57.00 – $93.00 per hour
