Melony is a dual-diagnosis therapist with over a decade of experience across various areas of healthcare. Her clinical background includes working with the Mental Health Interdisciplinary Program (MHIP) team at the Department of Veterans Affairs, as well as in inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings. She is CBT-certified and experienced in supporting individuals with mental health concerns, substance use, addiction, and co-occurring disorders.

Melony uses evidence-based interventions and a trauma-informed, patient-centered approach to help clients develop healthier coping skills, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. She believes healing happens through connection, compassion, humility, and accountability, and strives to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.

Melony works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and veterans experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, self-esteem concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, substance use, addiction, and other mental health concerns.
