Nicole Klouda, RCSWI

The more we understand ourselves, the more intentionally we can choose how we move forward.

Nicole works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship and family concerns, stress, life transitions, self-esteem, and feelings of being stuck or disconnected from themselves. Her experience across mental health and substance use settings has shaped a deep appreciation for the ways past experiences, relationships, and emotional wounds can influence how we see ourselves and move through the world.

Her approach is holistic, insight-oriented, and grounded in genuine connection. Therapy with Nicole is collaborative and conversational, with space for the complicated, uncomfortable, and imperfect parts of life. She offers a nonjudgmental presence while also asking thoughtful questions, offering new perspectives, and gently challenging what may no longer be serving you.

Nicole believes healing involves more than simply managing symptoms. It is an opportunity to understand yourself more deeply, reconnect with what matters to you, and make more intentional choices through a greater self-awareness. She incorporates mindfulness and intentional living into her work, drawing from her own practices of yoga, meditation, and movement. Her hope is that therapy offers a space to look inward with curiosity, understand what you have been carrying, decide what is truly yours to carry and what is not, and move forward with greater clarity, self-trust, and intention.
