Reya Hossain, LMHC
There may be times when life feels more like surviving than truly living. If someone is feeling this way, they are not alone. While relying on survival instincts is natural, moving beyond survival often requires support. Life can be challenging, and reaching out for help can feel intimidating. Whether someone is seeking emotional wellness, self-acceptance, personal growth, or simply a safe space to process life's experiences, Reya is here to help guide them on their journey.
Reya is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is passionate about helping individuals become the best versions of themselves. In a relaxed and welcoming environment, she works collaboratively with clients to build a stronger sense of self, gain insight, and challenge negative or intrusive thoughts. Through the therapeutic process, clients can learn practical tools to manage stress and navigate life's challenges. Reya has experience working with addiction, grief, stress, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
Reya understands what it feels like to be judged, shamed, or misunderstood. Growing up, mental health was not openly discussed, and therapy was often viewed negatively. Today, she is grateful for the opportunity to support others in the way she wishes support had been available to her when she was younger. She strives to help individuals find balance, healing, and peace within themselves, offering compassion and guidance every step of the way.
